Sol. Let the point (h, k)
Given
= 
⇒ (h – 4) 2 + k 2 = h 2 + (k – 3) 2
⇒ h 2 – 8h + 16 + k 2 = h 2 + k 2 – 6k + 9
⇒ 8h – 6k – 7 = 0
∴ Locus 8x – 6y – 7 = 0
